Application
Ohmic equipment provides clear advantages for improvement programs, industrial buying and selling stations, and research programs, where speed, sample size, low-cost, and precision are at a premium.

Other Applications:
This equipment has been successfully tested in the grain and food processing industry as well as in cereal improvement programs. Starch has been the main component tested, but this equipment may also be used with other materials and combinations of materials which conduct electricity and have an appropriate phase change temperature range in accordance with the designed cells. It would be necessary to design ceramic adiabatic cells for high temperatures (>130°C).
